Once you receive your Shih Tzu from the breeder, Elizabeth Laxton, you have 48 hours to take your puppy to a licensed vet to check the health and condition of your Shih Tzu. No vet bills will be paid for by the breeder once the puppy is received by the purchaser. If your Vet deems that the puppy is not in good health then licensed VET documentation is required. We will replace your puppy of the same value to you when a puppy becomes available.

You may return your puppy at your expense if you decide that you cannot keep your puppy. No refunds will be given.

OUr Shih Tzus cannot be resold by the purchaser and any others parties. OUr SHih Tzus will only be placed in forever homes. We do not allow brokers or pet shops to purchase our Shih Tzus.

Your SHih tzu has never been raised in a cage or a crate.

We are a small family and only have a few litters each year. We strive to breed to improve the breed and for the unconditional love of this breed.
